I received the solution from Ledger and it worked:
If your Ledger device is already connected to the Sui Wallet and you’re experiencing issues, you can try removing and re-adding your account. Here’s how:

Remove the Account:
- Open the Sui Wallet extension in your Chrome browser.
- Go to the “Settings” menu by clicking the hamburger icon.
- Navigate to “Accounts.”
- Select the account you wish to remove and follow the prompts to delete it.

Re-add the Account:
- Ensure your Ledger device is connected and unlocked.
- Open the SUI app on your Ledger device by navigating to it and pressing both buttons.
- In the Sui Wallet, go back to “Settings” > “Accounts.”
- Select “Connect Ledger Wallet,” then click “Continue.”
- Choose your Ledger device and click “Connect.”
- Select an account and click “Unlock.”
