After updating my Nano X firmware my Sui Wallet wont connect to to my ledger. I’ve uninstalled the app over 11 times and reinstalled and still nothing. Ledger customer service is non existent any suggestions?
PSA: if you use Ledger to manage Sui accounts, DO NOT update the device OS to the latest versions (at least not >= 2.4.0 for Nano X). There is a Ledger bug that prevents the Sui wallet from connecting to the device. A fix is reportedly coming in January.
If the device is updated already, you can recover with its seed phrase on a new device with older OS.
