Yesterday I was not able to login to my Sui mobil wallet. I did deleted few times the app and was not able to login , I did go to more options on the sui wallet and reset push reset . After I try again but I was saw new account . Today ( Nov 14/2024 ) . I was able to login but showing my new account with not my funds. I did created my sui wallet on Oct 8 or 10 /2024 and send my funds from Coinbase exchange to Sui wallet by my gmail account. Right now I open Sui wallet but not abele to see my account with my funds . Technically i can’t access with my Gmail account my account with my funds . I can provide all information from Coinbase I did transfer on Oct my funds .
P.S . I check my blockchain address with suiscan my funds is there , but can’t access my account. I really need help .
What type of device is this on? Have you attempted to log in on any other devices to see if you can see your balance there?
Have you attempted to log in to your wallet using the browser based wallet, Stashed? Similar to the Sui Wallet, you can log into your wallet and view your assets using your Gmail account at https://getstashed.com
I did use my iPhone for sui wallet , I try from PC too to get access but not my account with my funds was abele to see with my blockchain account I have the funds . I went to my Coinbase account and looked my blockchain address from Coinbase when I have date, time I did transfer my funds to Sui wallet . Technically I can long in now but not see my account with my funds . I don’t know what is Stashed
I did try from my pc , but not log in to different account, my gmail is not interact with my blockchain account I have ( wallet ) I sent my funds from Coinbase on Oct 8 /2024 . I am not able to see it . I just use the link u sent me .
Can you please try logging into your wallet at https://getstashed.com, this is an alternative Sui wallet, I want to see if you can view your assets here.
Also as a general warning, it is not uncommon for scammers to target these type of threads and try to lure you to scam sites that are pretending to be support sites. Please be sure that you are only following advice from moderators and admin, do not respond to any non-team members trying to lure you to another website or to telegram.
Just to show you what I did it . Maybe this is why my Gmail account not recognizing my account with my funds . I am just thinking if this can be the issue… if anyone can help please
You can claim a name or just go back to the getstashed homepage, it’s not important at this point. What’s important is logging in with your gmail and then checking to see if the assets are there.
I try with both emails Gmail and Yahoo but my account is not showing with my funds . I did screenshot from to show you and you team proof from my funds from Coinbase on Oct 8 and Oct 10 , as a proof . To be able from your side to help me get my original account with my funds . As well i did screenshot to show you on sui wallet what i see when I log in . As well from my Coinbase account i circle with red market my account with my funds but i am able to open .
I did screenshot from my Coinbase account to see the blockchain address and the transaction to my Sui wallet account where I don’t have any access anymore . I know Coinbase and SUiI are partners, and hope u can solve my issue. As will I saw today this msg I can’t reply for 13 hours , it is very frustrating when my case is urgent and I need to get back my wallet .
My old account is where is my funds . When I open SUI wallet I see this account: 0x6c81e56402e81e61c5d87b2ae70188c6a5138ed506ff3a1040e4ac49407e6d43
But No Funds …
I don’t have any other google account. I did crate my wallet as a first day I invest in SUI with my gmail . I have only one gmail account. No other google .
