I have just sent your new address 0.1 SUI. Can you please send any amount of that back to my address at: 0x50a996f4e9e931c42bd6c6164bac0c95f24404982ced6757630f60c0d82dbbec
We will be able to gather some data from this transaction to help us determine what may have gone wrong.
Hey megre11, we looked into 0xf0a81dcce695a0c82b4c705b4631f6331721a1c5f3d9f539a37b233d1e24c993 and this is not a zkLogin wallet, you would not log into this wallet with your google account. Please check your records for a mnemonic phrase or a private key, as this is a passphrase derived account, not a Google account.
I donât have any privet key or phrases for my account with my funds . I do open Sui wallet with my Gmail . Can you contact Coinbase as a partner with SUI to prove all transactions? I have lots money and not wanna lose them , because wasnât my fault SUI wallet didnât worked for 48 hours and after I canât get my account back .
Transactions from the 0xf0a81dcce695a0c82b4c705b4631f6331721a1c5f3d9f539a37b233d1e24c993 wallet are signed using ED25519. It is not possible for this wallet to be a Google wallet.
Here is screenshot I did Nov 8 from my account with my funds . U can see the blockchain address. Again Coinbase and SUI must have all records with the transactions .
Yes, what Iâm telling you is the wallet that you are showing us is not a wallet that you access through Google. This is a passphrase derived wallet it, you need to find the private key or mnemonic phrase.
We have analyzed transactions associated with that wallet, since they are signed with the ED25519 schema, it is impossible for that address to be from a Google account.

I donât understand what is ED25519 , I am not technical person . I am journalist with economic background. I asked can you or anyone from SUI company to contact Coinbase and look each transaction came from my Coinbase account to SUI account and be able to verify . If is possible to be transfer to the new account if the old account canât be open ? Must be some way this to be fix . Coinbase has all my personal information to be verified and proof this is my wallet . As soon u get all information from Coinbase, u as technical support or other person trader my funds to new account if the old account canât have access.
I donât have any key or phrases, I already said. Why can verify my identity with Coinbase and just tram my funds to new account? I donât understand whatâs the problem? I am investor with thousands of dollars and canât get my funds ? What kind of technology is this if can verify the person own the wallet . Not make sense .
You are not logging into the wallet that you sent the funds to. The wallet that you sent funds to is not the Google wallet that youâre logging in to.
You are responsible for managing your keys and ensuring your can maintain access to your accounts.
If this issue canât be solved from your side as a SUI representative I have to contact RCMP -Canada for crypto fraud . Because is not my fault SUI wallet didnât worked for 48 hours ,and after I canât access my wallet with my funds . Each crypto company must be able to solved this type of issues , not telling â this is clients own responsibility â
Are you gonna get my funds back by contacting Coinbase to proof my transactions came from my Coinbase account ( where they have all my personal information) , or not gonna do anything?
There is nothing that can be done. Sui, like most cryptocurrencies, is a decentralized, permissionless network. The Sui Foundation does not have any ability to reverse transactions or access any wallets other than our own. Nobody on the planet has access to your wallet other than yourself.
The user is responsible for proper management of their keys. Only you have access to these keys. If you did not save your keys before reinstalling the wallet, then the unfortunate answer is these funds are lost.
I urge you to go back through your records and ensure you havenât saved your private key or your 12-word phrase, as when you create your wallet, you view and accept a warning stating the importance of saving your recovery phrase. Thereâs a good chance that you saw these instructions and properly saved your phrase, and perhaps you donât remember doing so now.
This is absolutely ridiculous, nobody from two parties as SUI Foundation or Coinbase canât get recover customers key , by verifying ID , when exchanges are connected to the person bank accounts. As well exchanges cant provide code with all transactions send to SUI wallet ( data and times ). When two companies are partners they must be able to find out and help customers to recover their key , not telling we canât do anything. I did some research as a journalist and saw other people have similar issues losing their money based on â technical issues â , this is absolutely scamming. I am very well know as a journalist and not gonna stop to find out why I canât get my funds back with SUI Foundation. As well I will report to Canadian police for fraud.
P. S. If anyone lose they bank cards , as soon you go to the bank by proof your ID information can get new card . So you telling me blockchain canât get recovery my account???
This isnât traditional finance, this is a permissionless, decentralized network and you are participating in decentralized finance. What you are suggesting does not exist in cryptocurrency, not on Sui or on any other blockchain. You and you alone are solely responsible for managing your keys and ensuring you can maintain access to your assets. This is why back ups and ensuring your keys are saved is so important.
So you telling me blockchain canât get recovery my account?
This is correct, in blockchain there is no built in account recovery functionality.
I do understand that. I do use ledger wallet and Tangem wallet and never had same problem. My funds on my other ledgers are safe ! When SUI wallet was down asked me hundred times to enter my password. I did delete the app but not SEE any Recovery Key Come Up to Safe ! If SUI Foundation Canât have Backup Recovery Key for each customers Is Very Bad !
I am using my gmail account to connect with my wallet via brave wallet extension - today I received a Unexpected status code: 502 and cannot unlock my wallet- please can you help me with the unlock as my funds are there
