Sui client unable to save config to //path//to//file

Hi, installed sui cli a few weeks ago and it worked, but now due to some issues, reinstalling it consistently gives me a

Unable to save config to C:\Users\Gentle-Ninja.sui\sui_config\client.yaml

Caused by:
The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. (os error 33)

This happens right after selecting key scheme to generate key pair on sui v1.60.0

I tried uninstalling sui

uninstalling chocolatey

manually deleting the .sui folder and chocolatey folder.

But after every re-install, the issue persists.

I was able to resolve this issue by installing the sui client version 1.57.0
