just see that sui wallet lenght going to chnage from 20 to 31 will it effect the potential snap shots of buying potential coin of sui

Correct, this will break existing snapshots.
Mysten Labs / Sui Foundation had no snapshots of this manner. The only concern would be if any projects within the ecosystem have taken snapshots previously, as those will no longer be valid.
