Hi, guys. Who know why Capys and gift boxes do not appear in my Cary collection after purchasing? I’ve enough SUI in my wallet, no error messages appears. However, I was able only once to claim gift box! How to fix a problem?!

if its about devnet so it was wiped
like 1-2 per week
all tx and assets got deleted, thats how devnet works:)
