Hello all, can some PLEASE help me, I downloaded the SUI wallet and tried to access it with my 12 word phrase but the “Add Account” button is greyed out and won’t let me in. I am certain i have the right keys, ive tried uninstalling it, ive tried doing it on my phone and on different web browers and the same problem, can someone please help me i’m in dire straits

Your 12-word passphrase consists of a combination of words from a larger, static list of words. The wallet checks each word that you enter to ensure that it exists on this list. If you enter a word not on this list, or there is a typo in any of your words, the button will remain greyed out.
Can you check to ensure each word from your passphrase exists within the BIP-39 wordlist? If any do not, then you’ll want to determine if there is a typo in that word or what else may have gone wrong.
Please note, since you have indicated that you are having issues with your passphrase, scammers WILL attempt to make contact with you to try and steal your passphrase. They may make new accounts to reply to this thread, or to send you private messages. Do not share your passphrase with anyone, not even the Sui team.
