Hello. I am having trouble with the SUI wallet extension on Brave browser. I created a wallet with a seed phrase, had troubles with the account, logged out, and now cannot log back in using the seed phrase. The option to “add account” is always greyed out even after entering the seed phrase.
Quick question, do you have any ability to scroll down in the window? Sometimes two of the word boxes get hidden and people overlook that they exist. You’re typing in the full 12 words?
Please note, since you have indicated that you are having issues with your seed phrase, scammers WILL attempt to make contact with you to try to steal your phrase. They may make new accounts to reply to this thread, or attempt to send you private messages. Do not share your passphrase with anyone, not even the Sui team.
No scroll, I see all 12 words in the window. And yes, I’m typing in the full 12 words. The “add account” button remains “greyed” out. I click it, and nothing happens, no error code or anything.
