Incorrect amount of coins received from Cetus Protocol

Hi

I have a query with using the swap function Cetus Protocol on SUI wallet. I swap 200 USDC for SUICAT coins and I was supposed to get some millions of SUICAT coins. But for some reason I received merely some 56K coins. Can someone advise who I would be raising this dispute with?
