Sui zkLogin vs Aptos Keyless

Hi, I’m not a cryptographer, yet I noticed some differences between the ostensible components in zkLogin service and the Aptos Keyless service. Most noticeably the Sui salt and Aptos pepper:

Is there any talk or blog post exploring the different choices and their implications, e.g. I notice the Aptos pepper description explores a decentralized pepper service.
