Aptos has first mover advantage and bigger budget as they raised much more money.
Sui on the other hand has better tech thanks to the upgraded move language used.
Also Sui has had more time to develop by not rushing to the market first.

In any case it will be very interesting to see what the future holds for these two sibling projects.
