Hello SUI Community,
I’m thrilled to embark on an ambitious project on the SUI Network that bridges real-world assets with blockchain technology. To bring this vision to life, I’m looking for a passionate and skilled developer who shares the excitement for building impactful and sustainable solutions.
About the Project
The first phase of this project focuses on real estate development - specifically micro-apartments equipped with IoT technology in high-demand urban areas of Europe, 48 apartments by starting in Germany (Berlin - Lichtenberg).
A key highlight - for me, is a planned housing project in Magdeburg, a student-friendly city where a micro-apartment complex is ready to be built just 10 minutes away from the university.
The Community Ownership
These properties will remain owned by the community and will not be sold.
Sustainable Income: Rental income will generate wealth for the community, ensuring stability and sustainable growth.
Crypto Integration: Tenants will have the option to pay rent in crypto, bridging the gap between tangible assets and digital innovation.
This project is ideal for individuals who may not benefit from crypto market volatility but seek a stable and long-term wealth-building opportunity. By combining the stability of real estate with the growth potential of crypto, the community can profit from both markets.

Who I’m Looking For
- Skills: Experience in blockchain development, preferably on the SUI Network.
- Passion: A drive to create meaningful, community-driven solutions.
- Language: German-speaking is a bonus, but not a requirement. (I’m happy to learn English if needed.

Compensation
Compensation will be decided by the community shortly before the project launch. This ensures transparency, fairness, and alignment with the project’s core values.
However, if something different comes out within the project due to the tokenomics, then this will also have to be decided. Please note fairness, work, blood, sweat and tears here.

What I bring with me are the planned properties and not just the vision. I have experience with real estate and property management, etc. and have a degree in business and administration. over 10 years of professional experience, 6 years of which in HR and 2 years now as a digital transformation expert (degreed). I’ve been in Crypto since 2017 and have experienced a lot of good and bad things. That’s why safety is my top priority.
