I am getting a message that says I need the chrome extention. I have them installed already. Why?

I was frustrated with this same issue at first myself, and it should be made more apparent as to what you need to do.
When you are on your cell phone, you need to go to the Cetus website from within the wallet app itself. At the bottom there are a few choices and the 3rd on says apps. Just put the Cetus web address into the browser at the top, and then you will be able to connect your wallet to the website.
