Cant swend SUI on Phantom Wallwt

I have SUI in my phantom wallet but when I try to send it, it says I have 0 available to send. I have redownloaded that app and it still doesnt work. Any help?

Hi cm477, this happened to me a while ago and i thought i had been scammed, luckily i had support by a collegue and after trying to reset the phantom wallet (still the same error) i ended up downloading a suet wallet and put the phantom keys in suet wallet than send from there. make sure to check suiscan 1st if your tokens are there all is good. hope this helps and resolves your issue as i tried to get help in this channel with no luck. cheers.

Yeah, chain explorers are the first thing to check when in doubt.

Also, a few advices:

Never use same private keys in two separate wallet applications. In the
event of a hack, you wouldn’t be able to pinpoint which software was
compromised.

If an emergency requires you to use a different wallet to retrieve
funds, make sure to immediately transfer them to a new account with a
private key generated specifically by that new software.
