Hello, I made from my sui wallet (usdt) transaction to By bit , even if the transaction was ok I can’t access them because it doesn’t support the platform. I contacted By bit and responded like this “After an investigation by our IT team, we deeply regret to inform you that your USDT coin deposit could not be successfully recovered” How can I recover my USDT? ---
