# Support for Centralized Assets (such as stablecoins, RWA)

Hey, does the Sui chain already support the following for implementing an asset that requires centralized control parameters:

1. Blacklisting / freezing as well as unblacklisting / thawing
2. Multi-signature accounts
3. Multi-issuer - multiple addresses can mint tokens
4. Minter Restrictions - minters are restricted in some way
5. Cold storage - provision for offline signing
6. Upgradability of Smart Contracts
7. Pausability of Smart Contracts
