Input: SUI address  
The task: we want to know how much SUI rewards have been earned for every epoch and validator and how much was locked.

Expected Output:A script in Python/JS/Go that will generate a CSV file with the following structure, should include the following:

- All epochs from 0 to today
- All active and inactive delegations (also delegations that have been withdrawn)
