You can make money from NFT, just wait until Sui mainet launch. For now the NFT you minted is on devnet or testnet, mean this just a “test”, not a real assets.

Mint NFT is some reason can make you get whitelist for mainet launch, so you can mint thats in Sui mainet, hang up.
