# Deposited USDT to SUI on binance

Hey guys, I accidentally deposited USDT to SUI network to Binance spot wallet. Binance only accepts USDT on SUI through its web3 wallet. Is there any way how I can retrieve those funds? I can’t get private key/passphrase from Binance. Funds are visible on sui explorer, but I don’t know any way how I could get my USDT back.

The only avenue to recover these assets is to contact Binance, as they control the address that you sent them to. Binance does offer an ‘[unsupported asset recovery service](https://www.binance.com/en/blog/security/incorrect-deposits-of-crypto-assets-how-to-retrieve-your-funds-2581603470758819561)’. Your case would likely fall under their ‘Cross address deposit’ or ‘Deposit unlisted tokens on supported networks’ policies.
